I live Fort Wayne, IN and recently began looking for pre-owned cars in the area. After reviewing the pricing on andymohr.com it was a fairly easy decision. I scheduled an appointment with the sales staff and the entire experience was extremely pleasant. I purchased a pre owned 2004 Ford Taurus and I am thrilled with the purchase! I recommend Andy Mohr Automotive to everyone who is serious about buying a car. Thanks to everyone at Andy Mohr Budget Center!
I searched for pre-owned budget cars online and narrowed my search down to Andy Mohr Budget Center. Thursday, I drove from Muncie, IN and bought an inexpensive, fabulous 2005 Toyota Camry – a pre –owned, inexpensive 2005 Toyota Camry and I absolutely love it!! I have wanted nice, inexpensive, pre-owned car for months now and I am very excited about the purchase. Everyone at Andy Mohr Buick Budget Center was extremely easy to deal with and very pleasant. The entire staff at Andy Mohr Budget Center did a fantastic job and now I’m the proud new owner of a fabulous, pre-owned, inexpensive 2005 Toyota Camry.
ANDY MOHR BUDGET CENTER IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF, JUST BOUGHT A CAR FROM THERE IN FEB. I’VE HAD TO BRING IT BACK EVERY MONTH SINCE THEN BECAUSE STUFF KEEPS GOING WRONG. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANDY MOHR TO ANYONE!!!!!
After having some financial problems due to medical bills a few years ago, I had no option but to declare bankruptcy. I needed a vehicle in the worst way, and Andy Mohr sold me a POS 2001 Civic, at a 12% interest rate. I had no choice. 2 years later, my credit score hadn’t improved all that much, so again I was forced to go to Andy Mohr when my second vehicle needed to be replaced. The sales guy was very nice until the finance manager told him my credit score. He said he would do everything he could to get me financed when the banks opened on Monday. Well, Monday roles around, and no call. So, I call him at 4 PM. Sales guy says – yeah I’ll check and call you back. Tuesday at 4 PM – still no call. So, I call them back again. He tells me that my score is below the limit, and there is nothing they can do for me. A phone call would have been nice. Plus, my score is 600, not that bad. Point is that they will treat you nice until they find out they can’t sell you a POS over priced hunk of junk. Then, they treat you like dirt. WORST CAR LOT EVER. Even with a “guaranteed approval” sign hanging in their office and a score of 600. DO NOT BOTHER GOING TO THIS TURD OF A DEALER. Even if you get financed, they will prey upon you and get you a stupid interest rate and a crappy car.
I put a deposit on a car and said I would have to sell my car. They said it was fine that they would hold it for a week. A week and half went by and I finally sold the car. Now I knew they didnt have the car on hold anymore, but I called to see if they still had it. They told me they did. So my fiance got off of work early to take me 45 minutes down there to find out that they had sold it on ebay a week ago. They have poor communications and when I looked at another car less than the other one they wanted more down payment and I refused! I would not recommand anyone going here. WASTE OF TIME AND GAS!
I saw a ad In the Indy paper for a 96 Van. Went to Andy Mohr Avon and checked it out. The salesman was very good but the used car manager was an ass. As an informed customer I made a fair good faith cash offer on a marginal van. Only to be told the price was 2000 more than the ad.When I asked about the ad they said that was’nt the van in the ad. So I asked to see the van in the ad and was told they didnt know anything about the ad. Beware of deceptive business practice’s at all Andy Mohr dealers. My advice to everone is DONT GO THERE.
DO NOT BUY A USED CAR HERE! Their mechanics are either the worst trained in the world or the salesmen are complete liars. I bought an 02 Lincoln LS from them thinking it was a smart buy. WRONG! I’ve put at least $1k in repairs in this piece of junk and now i just learned that the transmission needs repair. Even when i drove it off the lot i could tell they didn’t care about their customers because i was guaranteed a “fill up” upon signing which turned out to be less than a half tank of the incorrect octane gas my vehicle required. Don’t waste your time here. They want money not customers.
